NRS Ltd is governed and largely funded by three stakeholders –

  • Newspaper Publishers Association (NPA)
  • Periodical Publishers Association (PPA)

The Board of NRS Ltd consists of 6 members:

Reporting to the Board, the NRS Technical Committee is responsible for maintaining and developing the technical standards of the survey.

The NRS User Advisory Panel (UAP) meets quarterly to help generate new ideas for the survey and to ensure it is fit-for-purpose for regular users of the data in media planning and buying.
